Profile

Frontend Developer

My name is Marcin Kubański. I am a frontend developer.

I hold a master’s degree in applied physics (computer modelling) from the Cracow University of Technology. I combine a scientific approach with web practice: React, Angular, TypeScript, Sass and interface performance. Alongside that, I design and ship my own websites.

Steps I follow

My design process

From what the site needs to do, through to an implementation that can be maintained.

Plan
I start with the goal, the audience and the scope, so the later decisions have something to follow.

Wireframe
I lay out the sections, the navigation and the path through the page before any visual design.

Design
I set the type, color and layout so the interface stays clear and consistent.
04
Development
I build it in React or Angular, responsive, with animations that stay out of the way of the content.
05
Quality assurance
I check speed, accessibility and how it behaves on phone, tablet and desktop.
